The awards show honored five young social entrepreneurs who have started projects to change the corbindosomethingworld, as well as celebrities like Usher who received the Celebrity Civic Leader of the Year Award. The night’s overall winner was 22-year-old Maggie Doyne from Mendham, NJ, who set up a school and orphanage in Nepal, and received $100,000 in community grants.

On the red carpet, Corbin described how he loves to give back, especially to kids through charities like the Starlight Foundation:

“…The are all these very young people just making a difference, and it just shows that you don’t have to be of a certain age, you don’t have to be of a certain caliber, you can do anything, wherever you come from, whatever age…” – Corbin Bleu
